大山めぐりトレイル part 2「浅間山～吾妻山」レポート

2018年11月3日(土・祝)、大山をめぐるルートの二回目に行ってきました！
一回目からの続きで、蓑毛から高取山、念仏山、吾妻山を経て、ゴールは鶴巻温泉でした。
今回は、会員で料理講師や マクロビオティック ・パーソナルシェフとして活躍されている河野友美さんが、高取山で山ごはんを作ってくれました。
メニューは秋にふさわしい＜きのこのリゾット＞。オリーブオイルで炒めたきのこからは、お腹の空く良い香りが漂ってきました。山でも簡単で美味しく、そして温かいものを、ということで短時間で調理できるというのがポイントだそうです。 （レシピと調理のポイントは次号の会報誌「J-trekker」で掲載予定です。お楽しみに！）
出来上がりのリゾットの美味しさに、みんなおかわりをしていました。
